Business Development Representative

Sales professional who responsible for making contact with potential customers through outbound cold calls and emails to drive customer interest in our products or services:

  1. Identify and research potential clients
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships
  3. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  5. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  6. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  7. Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  8. Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  9. Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  10. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  11. Track and report on the status of proposal components
  12. Conduct ongoing market research
  13. Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  14. Drive the end-to-end sales process
  15. Prepare and submit sales contracts
